Hi Randy,
your command line is definitely not correct.
The path for the nupgrade is usually c:\lotus\notes and the addional parameter for path and database is not allowed.
The information about NAMES, DIRECTORY, MAILFILE are being taken from the notes.ini entries.
I would like to suggest you to
1) create a shortcut on your desktop that pointed on e.g. c:\lotus\notes\nupgrade.exe
without further parameter.
2) If you starting the shortcut, you will see a wizard that guides you through the whole process.
